Set up your HirePlus account and run your first CV analysis in minutes.

Getting Started

Welcome to HirePlus! This guide walks you through creating an account, uploading your first CV, and understanding your analysis results.

Step 1: Create an Account

  1. Visit Signup
  2. Sign up with your email
  3. Verify your email address

You'll start on the Free plan with 1 analysis per month.

Step 2: Upload Your CV

  1. Navigate to the Analyze page
  2. Click Upload CV or drag and drop your file
  3. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT (max 10MB)
  4. Optionally enter a target job title and industry for more targeted analysis

Step 3: Review Your Scores

After processing (usually 30-60 seconds), you'll see your results:

Overall Score (0-100)

Your composite score across all analyzed dimensions, weighted by importance.

Core Scores

  • ATS Score — How well your CV passes Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Keyword Score — Relevance of keywords to your target role/industry
  • Formatting Score — Structure, layout, and readability
  • Impact Score — Strength of your achievements and quantified results

Step 4: Act on Suggestions

Each analysis includes prioritized suggestions:

  • High severity — Critical issues that may cause ATS rejection
  • Medium severity — Improvements that significantly boost your score
  • Low severity — Polish items for maximum impact

Step 5: Track Progress

Upload revised versions of your CV to track improvements over time. Your dashboard shows score trends and improvement statistics.
