Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to HirePlus ("we," "our," "us"). HirePlus provides an AI-powered platform that analyzes resumes (CVs) and offers suggestions for improvement to help users enhance their job application materials. By accessing or using HirePlus (the "Service"), including our website, application, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the service, website, or application (collectively, the "Service") constitutes acceptance of these Terms, so if you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue use of HirePlus.

We may update these Terms from time to time and the "Effective Date" will be revised accordingly. The updated Terms will be effective on the date posted. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services Provided

HirePlus uses artificial intelligence to deliver the following career optimization tools (collectively, the "Service"):

• CV / Resume Analysis — automated ATS compatibility scoring, keyword extraction and optimization, formatting validation, impact scoring, red-flag detection, bullet-point rewrite suggestions, section-by-section evaluation, and quantification audits. Higher-tier plans unlock deep analysis and market intelligence features such as regional salary benchmarks, job-matching with fit scores, and AI-generated professional summaries.
• CV / Resume Generation — AI-written, ATS-optimized resumes in multiple regional templates (US Resume, EU Europass CV, UK CV), tailored to a target role and industry, with export to PDF and DOCX formats depending on your subscription tier.
• Skills Gap Analysis — technical, soft-skill, and domain-knowledge assessment that compares your CV against target role requirements, identifies missing skills ranked by importance, provides coverage metrics, and offers actionable development recommendations.
• Interview Preparation — AI-generated behavioral, technical, and situational interview questions customized to your CV content and target role, including model answer frameworks.
• Team & Organisation Management — multi-tenant workspaces with role-based access control (Owner, Admin, Member at the organisation level; Owner, Editor, Developer, Viewer at the team level), member invitations, and configurable team structures.
• REST API Access — a fully documented v1 API authenticated via X-API-Key headers, enabling programmatic access to all core features (analysis, generation, skills gap, interview preparation, and usage reporting) for integration with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, job boards, and other third-party services.

The Service is offered across free and paid subscription tiers with defined monthly quotas. Usage beyond those quotas is available through prepaid credits at published overage rates.

The Service is intended for informational, guidance, and preparatory purposes only. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, hiring outcomes, or the absolute accuracy of market benchmarks, salary data, or AI-generated content based on our analysis or suggestions. Simulated interview questions and skill gap assessments are predictive models and do not represent the exact criteria a specific employer will use. Final hiring decisions are made by employers and are beyond our control.

Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use HirePlus with parental or guardian consent.

You must create an account to use certain features. To access certain features, you must create an account by providing truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and legally eligible to agree to these Terms.

You agree to keep your username and password confidential and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occur under your account. HirePlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any accounts that violates these requirements or is created under false pretenses with false information or used in violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions, Payments, and Credits

Free and Paid Tiers: HirePlus offers a freemium model, tiered monthly subscriptions, and pay-per-use credits. By selecting a paid tier or purchasing credits, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selection.

Billing and Auto-Renewal: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring schedule (e.g., monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

Pay-Per-Use Credits: Prepaid balances or microtransaction credits purchased for additional analyses or API usage are non-refundable and do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees paid are non-refundable except where legally required.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

While using HirePlus, you agree to behave in a lawful and respectful manner. By using HirePlus, you agree to:

• Upload only your own CV or content you have the right to use.
• If using the Service on behalf of a third party (e.g., as a career coach, agency, or enterprise API user), warrant that you have obtained explicit, legally valid consent from the data subject to process their personal information through our AI models.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering.
• Not use the Service to post or share any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Not harass, impersonate, stalk, or intimidate other users.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service, our servers, or networks (for example, by sending spam, malware, or using bots).
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or other users' accounts, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform, including bypassing API rate limits or scraping generated data.

By maintaining an account, you agree to follow these rules and any additional guidelines we may post. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details secure. HirePlus will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account, provided we have taken reasonable steps to protect your account.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to use HirePlus only in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and rules. You agree not to use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes, including infringement of intellectual property or sharing of stolen content.

Intellectual Property & Licenses

Your CV Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to HirePlus, including your resume, cover letters, and any documents or media ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant HirePlus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to process, analyze, and display your CV solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. For example, we may analyze your resume text, transform it to give feedback, and use aggregated data to improve our algorithms.

This license ends when your account is terminated, except as to the extent that HirePlus has already used the User Content consistent with these Terms. We do not claim ownership of your content, but we do require your permission to operate the Service and share results (such as sharing anonymized analytics with service partners).

AI-Generated Output

Any customized resumes, interview preparation questions, and skill gap reports generated by the Service ("Output") are provided to you for your personal or authorized commercial use. HirePlus retains the right to generate similar or identical Output for other users based on their independent inputs.

Platform Content

All AI models, software, branding, and other intellectual property of HirePlus remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, distribute, or use them beyond the scope of the Service.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including uploaded CVs. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

HirePlus provides the Service "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the Service's operation, accuracy of advice, or fitness for a particular purpose.

HirePlus provides guidance only and does not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or any specific career outcomes. Furthermore, simulated interview questions and skill gap assessments are predictive models and do not represent the exact criteria or questions a specific employer will utilize. We are not liable for the hiring, screening, or operational decisions made by organizations utilizing our API or Enterprise tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HirePlus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes any errors or omissions in analysis, delays, or interruptions of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it. If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Service.

Termination of Service

HirePlus may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, to the Service, or to HirePlus's business interests. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the Service, or
• Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any licenses you have granted us will immediately cease. We may retain information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, audit, or compliance purposes.

You may stop using the Service and terminate your account at any time through your account settings, and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Termination will not relieve you of your obligations under these Terms that are intended to survive termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

HirePlus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the site with a new "Effective Date." Changes become effective when posted, and your continued use of HirePlus after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend that you review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Europe, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or to the competent courts of Europe, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
