Subscriptions & Billing

All subscription payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. By subscribing to our service, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you cancel.

Requesting Refunds

We aim to provide a high-quality service and encourage you to contact us with any issues or concerns. However, we do not generally offer refunds for subscription payments that have already been processed, including for partially used billing periods.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in limited circumstances, such as:

Paddle’s Role

As our payment processor and Merchant of Record, Paddle may issue refunds directly to customers in accordance with their own policies and applicable consumer protection laws. In some cases, Paddle may override our refund policy where legally required (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period for digital goods or subscriptions).

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period unless required by law or otherwise stated.
