HirePlus is a CV analysis platform designed for users to upload their resumes and receive feedback. HirePlus uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded CVs and provide improvement suggestions. The Service is intended for informational and guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or hiring outcomes based on our analysis or suggestions. Final hiring decisions are made by employers and are beyond our control.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use HirePlus with parental or guardian consent.
You must create an account to use certain features. To access certain features, you must create an account by providing truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering. By uploading, you grant HirePlus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your User Content for purposes of process, analyze, and display your CV solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. For example, we may analyze your resume text, transform it to give feedback, and use aggregated data to improve our algorithms.
This license ends when your account is terminated, except as to the extent that HirePlus has already used the User Content consistent with these Terms. We do not claim ownership of your content, but we do require your permission to operate the Service and share results (such as sharing anonymized analytics with service partners).
All AI models, software, branding, and other intellectual property of HirePlus remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, distribute, or use them beyond the scope of the Service.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including uploaded CVs. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.
HirePlus provides the Service "as is" and "as available." The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, We make no without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the Service's operation, accuracy of advice, or fitness for a particular purpose.
HirePlus provides guidance only and does not guarantee employment, interviews, or hiring outcomes based on our analysis or suggestions job placement, interview invitations, or any specific career outcomes.
